The free undeveloped part consists of 55 plots of land, approx 25 Rai (45.700 sqm).

If your investment plan is to build a luxury resort or hotel the land is more than big

enough for that.

The Oriental ResidenSea is planned as a 85 villa complex. Today there are

6 completed villas fully decorated and furnished in a traditionally Thai style. Two of

these have their own private swimming pools while the others share the properties
