The Oriental ResidenSea
The Oriental ResidenSea project is 45.700 square meters of prime land located on the island of Koh Lanta and is one of the last of its size. This hillside property offers a spectacular 180 degree sunset view from an excellent vantage point above the Andaman Sea.
A part of the project is already developed with:
- 6 big villas (30-50 people) created in a typical traditional/contemporary Thai style
- 3 big swimming pools, a bar/restaurant and a big parking lot (20-30 cars)
- all infrastructure (water wells and tower, paved roads, electric transformer with under ground electric cables)
- a full-time staff and rental management handled by a local company
The other part is free undeveloped land very suitable for luxury resort, hotel or for continuing building more villas like the ones already developed.
